When securing the TLB (Tractor Loader Backhoe) to a transporting vehicle, it is crucial that cables or chains avoid contacting the machine's hydraulic components. This is important because if cables or chains come into contact with hydraulic components, they can potentially cause damage to these sensitive parts. Hydraulic systems are integral to a TLB's operation, as they control the lifting and digging functions. Any damage to these components could lead to costly repairs and downtime, as well as pose safety risks during transport.

In addition to the risk of damage, chains and cables contacting hydraulic lines or cylinders could hinder the functionality of the TLB when it is unloaded and ready for use, making it crucial to secure the machine without compromising its hydraulic systems. Proper securing methods include ensuring that the securing devices are snug and correctly positioned to avoid any contact with these crucial components, ultimately ensuring the safe transport and operation of the equipment.
